Back in 2000, Michele Weston wrote Learning Curves, a self-help motivational style book which combines the personal stories of authors/celebs such as: Kim Coles, Kathy Najimy, Delta Burke, supermodel Emme and Camryn Manheim with her own journey, sharing insights on creating and owning style from the inside out – regardless of the size of her curves.

As Michele toured the states in support of Learning Curves, she had the opportunity to engage in discussions with women all across the country. Michele came to refer to these as “body conversations”, during which women shared with her the negative way in which they often referred to themselves, their bodies and their own sense of creating their inner style. With Weston’s passion, came the desire to create BodyStyle Therapy – a form of coaching women who are seeking to connect to their own positive body image with the realization that “It’s time to change these ‘conversations’ that we have in our heads and in the dressing rooms, bedrooms and with our mothers, daughters, sisters and friends across this country.” Weston “truly feels the need for us to ‘Take back the body language’ we use and that‘s where we can make a difference - For ourselves and for the next generation of women.”

That’s why Michele is now offering StyleTherapy Coaching. Recognizing that women, especially those with extra curves, all deserve to feel that great sense of confidence that comes with the awareness that you are presenting your “very best self” to the world.

Michele, StyleTherapy coach extraordinaire, aims to convey the message that each woman has her own inner beauty and an innate sense of style. “What a few of us need, though, is a bit of help in knowing how to work it better.” It is this extra dash of confidence and know-how that StyleTherapy Coaching offers.

StyleTherapy will soon be launching online workshops, lecturing for women’s groups and corporate consulting, as well as personal consulting available to “quiet” all those negative "Body Conversations" going on across this country. Weston feels the need for us to take back the language we use and that's where we can make a difference - for ourselves and for the next generation of women."
